OK its that time again to help me out to do this 50 mile MS Challenge walk. Greykell is exceptionally cool person (she will tell you this herself) who has MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. She is a mother, a girlscout leader, and she has long hair (that you can win a chance to dye a stripe of the color of your choice in if you donate). She takes this in stride but no one likes the loss of control, the pain, or the daily injections. Our team walks for many people with MS. If you know someone with MS and want us to put her on our list, please contact me!
WE NEED TO FIND A CURE!

So help me raise the money to do this walk. I truely dislike asking people for money, but all the people we walk for Greykell, Maria, and the people who have passed away from this crummy disease, need our help. If I can reach out and touch 150 people and they donate $10 dollars I am done. Actaully I am at 146 people Thanks to Rooster Teeth Productions aka RED vs BLUE !

Stacey is at the front, and I am usually tha last, usually with the walk coordinators riding in a cart just behind me picking up traffic cones ( I swear I will get a picture of it this year).

I thought I posted pics from Otakon in the Journal but it hung for a bit. Oh well.

I gave Geoff a bottle of Bushmill’s Single Malt . I read later that Kathleen ended up with a hangover. I hope it wasn’t related. Make me guilty, thats no way for an enabler to be.

RT it was excellent meeting you all. And I would like to say for posterity, RT was the first money I raised to do the MS challenge walk. I will be walking 50 miles in 3 days to help find a cure for my most excellent friend who was diagnosed a few years ago.

Also there is nothing more entertaining then watching Cosplay people turn red when Garrett asked “ARE THOSE YOUR BALLS??” to a fellow dressed as a pokemon trainer. Thats my boy!

So Yes all you super heros its time to give up that loose change to team greykell, and especially ME. We all know its about Greykell but I think she has had enough time in the spotlight.

On this day, anew new star on the literary scene bust onto the limelight.  Stacy, not only became 40 today, but she sent in her first manuscript for consideration.

I mean the birthday thing is something but the writing stuff is BIG!!!!!

Garrett is very excited about singing the old Markland Birthday song.  He likes to stomp and say “PEOPLE DYING EVERYWHERE!!!”  funny he doesnt seem to get past this line much.

Samantha and Garrett helped decorate the living room to surprise Stacey.  I would have done more but let me tell you that muscle relaxants make you as capable as mud.  But I am happy with Stacey getting some of her writing out the door.  Did I mention that Stacey sent stuff to a magazine.  Oh well now that I look back up the page, it seems I mentioned that Stacey sent out some of her writing.
The big convergence of all things is that it is also Greykells birthday party this Saturday, and Otakon, and I am sure about 10 other things that I cant recall.
